Who We Are
Restoring movement, enhancing quality of life.
We are a team of passionate, hard-working physios at Broadacres Physio, in the heart of Fourways. We take the patient to end-stage rehabilitation, working closely with the biokineticist that we share space with to ensure the patient is back to his or her full potential.
Broadacres Physio takes a very hands-on approach. We believe in treating you holistically, understanding you and your condition, and the way in which it affects your quality of life and your performance.
We do a thorough Clinical Evaluation in order to understand exactly what the problem is, and to understand underlying issues which have led to the problem arising. A thorough evaluation enables us to determine your diagnosis, prognosis, and to treat effectively.
Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation is especially important in the treatment of all injuries. We spend time teaching specific exercises and stretches correctly. We also work closely with Pilates Instructors, Biokineticists and Personal Trainers to optimize your Rehabilitation.
We are now sharing premises with Chane Le Roux Biokinetics. This environment is ideal if you require Physio and Strenghtening/Rehabilitation. It will enable the Physiotherapist to work closely with the Biokineticist, ensuring that you receive the best possible care and optimal recovery and results.
Education is a key factor in understanding your condition, managing it, avoiding complications, and preventing recurrence.
We have a good network of Doctors, Specialists, Biokineticists, Instructors & Trainers, and Alternative Therapists to whom we can refer you to, in order to optimize your health and well being.

Laura Goddard
Physiotherapist
Physiotherapy graduate · Wits, 2024
BASI mat Pilates teacher training · In progress
Laura is a passionate physiotherapist who believes movement is one of the most powerful tools for feeling better and living a full, pain-free life. She completed her degree at Wits in 2024 and is currently working towards her BASI mat Pilates teacher training.
She enjoys getting to know each patient as an individual and understanding how their injury or pain affects everyday life. Combining hands-on therapy with exercise and movement, Laura helps patients build strength, regain confidence and work towards lasting results.
She is particularly interested in the connection between mindful movement, strength and long-term wellbeing. Outside the practice, she keeps active through F45, running and Pilates, bringing that enthusiasm into her work so every patient feels heard, supported and empowered throughout their rehabilitation.
Restore movement, relieve pain, build strength, embrace healing, and live fully.
