**LATE CANCELLATION OR NOT ARRIVING FOR AN APPOINTMENT**
Appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 5 hours before. This enables us to book another patient who may want that time. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 5 hours before, or if a patient does not arrive for treatment, a fee of 50% will be charged.
